大男人試用衛生棉日記

最近有一封名為「大男人試用衛生棉日記」的電子郵件，在網路上轉寄流傳，標題開宗明義，內容也不含糊，是堂堂七尺男兒的衛生棉使用全紀錄。雙子座的作者充分發揮好奇寶寶實驗精神，不但連續五天和衛生棉肌膚相親，有一天還把水倒進衛生棉裡，完全模擬女性經期。

男人沒有「小紅」，有人無法理解為什麼有些女人經前經後歇斯底里，有人質疑女人不該利用月經博取同情。衛生棉日記的作者也坦白說，他的實驗動機是「對於女生常常以月事來臨為由，任意耍脾氣、拒絕搬物或情緒化反應，實在不以為然」，於是在女友告知有產品試用機會後，馬上當仁不讓。

兩腿間卡個東西 怪怪的…

日記第一天，「兩腿間卡著一個東西怪怪的…」，他帶著尷尬的笑臉去參加視訊會議，而且發現「隨著時間過去，雙手便不由自主的想去調整那片的位置」，總不能在大頭們都在的重要會議做出不雅的動作吧？作者只好忍住，靠著不停的變換位置來試著調整。豈料長官看他坐立不安，竟然問他：「是不是那個來了？」。

真是尷尬到極點，事情還沒完。第三天，稍微適應「它」存在的作者和朋友相約，班到健身房去打拳擊有氧，結果夢魘來了。因為拳擊有氧要不停地打拳、抬腿、劈手，「對於只穿寬鬆運動褲及底褲 埵雩掍峆~的我來說，真是極大挑戰」，朋友恥笑他動作醜陋，但他寧願醜陋，總比「跳一半讓它跑出來跟大家Say Hello好吧！」

擔心溢水 連坐下都不敢…

加水之後，衛生棉初體驗進入另一個高潮。「我整個下半身頓時涼了起來」，每踏出一步路，「都覺得好像貞子在古井 堥哄v。擔心水溢出來，作者連坐下來都不敢，只靠腿力支撐，「我想其他人一定會以為我今天得了痔瘡。」還好，試用品吸水力超強，沒有一滴溢出來，「到底是什麼把水分鎖在 堶情H」好奇的他還在心裡小小研究了一下。

對於經前症候群，醫師的形容通常是，在月經來潮前七至十天，乳房脹痛、下腹不適，還伴隨著沮喪、焦慮、不安等症狀，直到月經來了後才改善。

但月經就算來了，衛生棉即使有翅膀，也無法讓女性飛起來。女性的困擾顯然不只經前，就藝人陶晶瑩曾對月經發表非常傳神的論述：「如果男人在自己的下體被高跟鞋連踹七天而不哀不縮，那女人也可以平靜地度過經期。」

只能說辛苦了 各位女性…

沒有用到高跟鞋，五天試用下來，作者完全了解月事對女性造成的不便與煩惱，「只能說辛苦了，各位女性朋友！」他發誓日後將加倍溫柔體貼生理期女生，「願意為她們做牛做馬！」

這篇大男人衛生棉初體驗，獲得熱烈迴響，男性網友對他報以熱烈掌聲，女生則感動得眼淚就要掉下來：「很少有男生會做這種事情！」轉寄日記者的網友更語重心長：「如果男女都能同理對方的感受，爭執會少一點吧？」不過，也有網友表達另類關心：「經血是溫熱的啊？你用冷水，那蛋蛋不冷嗎？」

許多女性被經痛折磨得死去活來，除了多吃巧克力、熱敷，必要時請醫師開處方，而男士們的體貼，也等同良藥。就像陶子呼籲男人們：「別看見血就嫌髒，別忘了，你們一個個都是從那兒孕育出來的呢，下次，幫忙洗個床單吧！」
